Designers at African Fashion Week 2012 (AFWL)

As you may have noticed, have a keen interest of the Art and Design.  For me Art and Design includes, Fashion, Textiles and Fine Art.  I aim to carry on my CPD in all areas of Art, but right now, I am keen to focus on Fashion!!!

I am born of a "Caribbean" family, but I am married to a Nigerian.  This opened up my eye to a new world of colour, culture and tradition.  I love African fabrics and African fashion and I can see a growing market for Fashion throughout the continent of Africa, in particular Nigeria.

My next few blog posts will be concentrating on the designers whom participated in the African Fashion Week London 2012.  For the next few months these designers will be my inspiration, as dream to take part in AFWL either 2014 or 2015 (fingers crossed =D).
